What do I think about it?
The site is clear and well-organized. It is still unclear which organization is behind it. Because you can start as an individual, the site of my own neighborhood is still quite minimal. If I do not feel called to enthuse my neighbors, I will quickly leave as a user.

3. WijkConnect – with ambassadors who co-develop
WijkConnect also wants to connect people in the neighborhood. This platform was started in Utrecht in 2012 by a local resident who where people normally met at events on location wanted to get to know his neighborhood better.
WijkConnect helps residents, non-profit organizations and local businesses to discover, meet and organize. The platform is now active in more than 30 neighborhoods and villages, including all Utrecht neighborhoods. WijkConnect is a social start-up, a network organization consisting of collaborations with organizations in the social and commercial domain.
WijkConnect finds accessibility important. If a municipality wants to start with the platform, an ambassador(group) from the neighborhood must be involved. The network of ambassadors can co-develop and think along with the planning and functionality.
There are various tools available to successfully launch the platform.
